Sheldon Emry was truly a pastor who fit the prophet Jeremiah's description. Through his teaching many Christian Americans came to realize just how meaningful world history really was. Because of his ability they learned how to apply the Bible, God's Law, to their everyday lives and how it should be applied to American government.

It was through this special God-given insight that Pastor Emry was able to show Americans the importance of being a Christian and a Patriot simultaneously. These Americans were able to understand all these things because God used Pastor Emry to open their blinded eyes to their true identity as God's chosen people.

'Pastor Emry changed my whole life!' was the positive sentiment that was echoed over and over by many grateful Americans who came in contact with Sheldon Emry's ministry down through the years. Indeed, he possessed a special quality that deeply touched everyone he met.

During his remarkable ministry, which spanned eighteen years, Pastor Emry spoke about God's Law to everyone from heads of state to small children. In fact his ministry was the inspiration for a whole new generation of Christian Patriotic pastors from all parts of the nation.

Sheldon Emry's name is remembered for his courageous stand, and his life of dedication to his commission of feeding Jesus' sheep. From the day he accepted his commission, his commitment to Christ's Kingdom never faltered. No man ever served more diligently or more bravely than Sheldon Emry. He was God's man of the hour; a vessel used by God.

Pastor Sheldon Emry was a giant of the faith and his passing was felt by many in the Christian movement in America, Australia, South Africa, Northern Ireland, and Europe.

	Bible Law On Money Our God is a righteous God; and since adequate and stable money is so necessary to peace and order, it would be expected that His Law would have something to say about it, and it does. “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight or in measure. Just balances, just weights... shall ye have: I am the Lord your God.” Leviticus 19:35-36; Deuteronomy 25:13-16. It is understood that these standards of measurement are to be established by the Government for all People. We do that with the inch, foot, pint, bushel, pound, etc. We even establish by law, grades of purity for food, fiber, metals, medicine, etc. This is not done by a private corporation, since we realize that they could, then, vary the value to their own benefit. 	Drugs In Prophecy The Holy Bible warns us that the populations of the world would be poisoned with drugs by the end of this age. While we know that this probably refers to such things as marijuana, opium and heroin, can it, also, include poisoned chemicals, supposedly used to kill insects or to cure diseases, but which poison or drug humans at the same time? 	Where Is Your Soul After Death? A most common teaching among the Protestant and Catholic churches about the "soul" of man is that it leaves the body at death and goes either to heaven, if the person is "saved," or to hell, where the "unsaved" are tormented for eternity. Although there is less "hell-fire" preaching today than in the past, the priests and preachers still insist, when pressed, that "hell" is a place where unsaved "souls" suffer fire and torture for ever and ever, an eternity of indescribable pain without end. Many people have rejected this idea of a torturing "hell." Some just ignore it and desire not to discuss it, although they accept the other side of the coin, i.e., the "soul" of the believer going to heaven for eternity if he has “confessed belief in Jesus Christ” while still alive. Others, in rejecting this teaching of hell, reject the entire Christian religion, saying they cannot trust a God who will torture billions and billions of people forever just because those people, while alive, did not know or did not "confess" Him. 	The Rich Man And Lazarus True Story? Or Parable? At the present time millions of tracts and books are in circulation in Christendom, which repeat the general claim that this story told by Jesus to His disciples is simply about “the bliss of heaven and the torment of hell. Most Christians have read a tract or heard a sermon in which this story is used. Almost invariably the speaker or author says, "The rich man was being tortured in the fires of hell and Lazarus was in heaven." They then insist this story "proves" their doctrine that "after death most human beings will spend the eternal ages screaming and crying in great heat and fire." 	Jesus Christ The Galilean It is quite common, in religious circles throughout the world today, to say that Jesus Christ was a Jew. It is true that Jesus was born of Mary, who was of the tribe of Judah, and He was born in Bethlehem in the land of Judea. Further, He was crucified in Jerusalem, which was also in Judea. So, whenever we speak of Jesus, in relation to some names of geographical locations, Bethlehem, Jerusalem and Judea are the ones most often associated with Jesus. This is the reason so many people say that: "Jesus was a Jew." However, there are two other places that are closely associated with the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. 	The Fall Of Babylon In Jeremiah 50 And 51 The fall of Babylon, as described in Jeremiah chapters 50 and 51, is in fact a direct continuation of the book “What is the Mystery of Babylon?” These chapters are not only long, but also extremely profound. That is why Sheldon Emry decided to treat this theme separately and explore it in greater depth. What do Jeremiah 50 and 51 mean for our time? Quite simply: everything. The prophecy about the downfall of the last Babylon is described there in detail. What many do not understand is that the successive world empires — as shown in Nebuchadnezzar's dream in Daniel 2 — are all parts of one and the same system: Babylon. The image from Nebuchadnezzar's dream, consisting of different materials, represents separate empires, but forms a whole. It begins with the golden head, which represents the original Babylon. 	Heirs of The Promise The Bible story begins in Genesis 1:1 — "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." We are told of the creation of the animals and "all living creatures on the earth and under the sea." Of the forming of Adam, placing him in the garden of Eden, of Eve, their disobedience, and removal from the Garden. We read of the flood, the saving of Noah and his household, and the spreading of their descendants across the land. We learn of the building of the tower of Babel, its destruction, God's confounding of the people's language, and their dispersion across the earth. In only 9 pages, God covers many centuries, including awesome and terrifying calamities. Then God speaks to one man, a man named Abraham, and from this page on, for over a thousand pages, the Bible is about Abraham and his descendants. Then follows a number of meetings between God and Abraham. God later meets with Abraham's son, Isaac, and later with Jacob, the son of Isaac, and repeats the promises (or covenants) made with Abraham. All of these promises and covenants have to do with the future of Jacob's children. 	I Will Send You Elijah The Prophet The following are the last words of the Old Testament: “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” (Malachi 4:5-6) A study of the above prophecy is herein presented to ascertain if there is to be a future fulfillment; and if so, if it is to be by a literal resurrection of Elijah or by some other means, that we may correctly understand God's promise, and not be deceived by false claims which might be made in the name of Elijah or in the Name of his Lord and ours, Jesus Christ. 	Who Are Israelites Almost everyone who reads the Holy Bible will agree that it was written by, to, and about Israelites. Isn’t it surprising then, to realize that the race that reads, prints, and distributes the Holy Bible, and claims it as its divinely-inspired religious book, is not the Jews, who most ministers insist are the Israelites, but is instead the members of the White Race of Europe? Is it possible the Jews are not Israelites after all, but that instead you folks, whose ancestors come from Europe are the true descendants of the Israelites? 	God Punishes Israel I've had opportunity to talk to Christian people about God's punishment upon individuals, on people or the nation. Apparently, most people refuse to believe it. They just do not want to accept the idea that God actually and deliberately punishes a people or nation. I want to show you a few things out of the Scripture that I think should convince, at least some of the skeptics, that God punishes His people, Israel; for instance, from the prophet Amos: “Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying, “You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities." 	There Are Disciples Of Baal In America There are actually people who are carrying out, what is known in the Scriptures as, Baal worship. Many of our people just simply do not know what Baal worship is. They don't understand it or recognize it when they see it. Our people are so ignorant of the historical books of the Bible that tell us what Baal worship is, that Baal worship actually exists right in our nation and people don't know it is going on. 	The Marks Of Israel We have a book, which we call the Bible, that is really the will of God. It states God's purpose, gives the promises, the covenants and the things God was going to bestow on the descendants of Abraham. It, also, describes these descendants of Abraham. We could, conceivably, establish a court, bring in witnesses, and identify the descendants of Abraham by the marks and descriptions written in the will (the Bible). 	Is Doctrine Important? How important is doctrine? If you ask that question of some Christians, they will emphatically say, "It is very important!" However, many will say, "Well, it depends." And then they will justify their answer to some extent, by saying: "We shouldn't be so dogmatic on our doctrines that we break or intrude on the Christian fellowship among other people." We have, what we call, an "ecumenical" movement in the United States, where a number of professing Christians are attempting to unite all of the churches in some sort of a fellowship. They are trying to convince the people that the only important thing is that they use the Bible and profess Jesus Christ. Any other differences should be subdued or forgotten because we MUST get together for fellowship! This carries down all the way to individual Christian families saying, "I don't agree with the doctrines preached in this church, but it's the only one in my neighborhood, so I'm going to go there anyway." 	The Seven Sins of Canaan What are the “seven sins of Canaan”? Who are the Canaanites? What can be done to stop the sins? Before these questions can be answered we need to look at the first two verses of Isaiah 59, where God is saying something about Himself and about us: “Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” (Isaiah 59:1-2) Click here to view
	Who Killed Christ? In any murder investigation, the authorities usually seek answers to the following questions: 1. Were there any previous attempts to kill the deceased, and if so, by whom? 2. Had anyone shown enough hatred of the deceased that it might bring about a desire to kill him? 3. Had the deceased, prior to his death, named any who might kill him? 4. Who was last seen with the victim? Or who might have had him under his physical control? 5. What is the testimony of those who witnessed the murder? In the case of a murder committed many centuries ago, such as the death of the Christ, we must avail ourselves of the historical records of events of that time. 	The Abrahamic Covenants Are God's promises really being fulfilled? In other words, is God a covenant-keeping God? Does He keep His word? Faith is used almost-exclusively to talk about us today. Do human beings have faith? What does the word "faith" mean? If a person has faith, he is faithful. He keeps his promises. We sometimes think how great our faith is. Our faith is as nothing as compared to the faith of God Almighty. He is the one who has kept the faith. He has promised certain things He would do and we should realize He is going to do them. 	The Old Jerusalem Is Not The New JerUSAlem "For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the Word of the Lord from Jerusalem" (Isaiah 2:3). Jerusalem, Jerusalem — There is probably more confused preaching in recent years on "Jerusalem" than on any other name from Scripture except perhaps "Jew." Scripture, such as that quoted above, is used by a great many Christian ministers to mean the literal city of Jerusalem in old Palestine. They say that there God is going to restore His Israel people and begin to set up His earthly kingdom from which Jewish missionaries will go out to preach the gospel all over the world! 	Cinderella - A Bible Story Cinderella is that old, old Saxon folk tale about the poor little girl in rags and ashes who married the Prince of the realm and lived happily ever after. It has come down to us generation after generation, and it is still cherished and enjoyed. The story of the little girl with the glass slipper has been printed in numerous books in uncounted versions of the original story. It has been made into plays, movies, cartoons, and television productions; and still the magic of Cinderella lives on. Perhaps it is the hand of God because, you know, there really is a Cinderella, there really is a Prince, there really will be a wedding, and they really will live happily ever after! 	Is Christmas Christian? Although few 20th Century American Christians seem to see any significance in it, it is true the Christian founders of America not only did NOT celebrate the December 25th ‘Holiday’, but attempted to prevent its observance by others in the Colonies. Some credit the goings-on of Christmas to a nebulous ‘spirit’ they call the ‘Christmas spirit’, and many praise the workings of such a ‘spirit’. But do people suddenly change their beliefs at Christmas? Do they all suddenly act as Christians and then cease to act as such after December 25th? Well that isn’t right either, is it? For most of their actions have nothing whatsoever to do with Christ! 	Billions For The Bankers Americans, living in what is called the richest nation on earth, seem always to be short of money. Wives are working in unprecedented numbers, husbands hope for overtime hours to earn more, or take part-time jobs evenings and weekends, children look for odd jobs for spending money, the family debt climbs higher, and psychologists say one of the biggest causes of family quarrels and breakups is "arguments over money." Much of this trouble can be traced to our present "debt-money" system. Money is the blood of civilized society, the means of all commercial trade except simple barter. It is the measure and the instrument by which one product is sold and another purchased. 	What Is Mystery Babylon? Many today are prophesying the end of world freedom. Some speak of an antiChrist or an antiChrist system which will rule all the world and bring great tribulation upon the earth's people. 	Give The Devil His Due "Give the Devil his due" is an old saying. Whenever anything went wrong, whether it was an accident, or if someone fell into sin or error, other people commenting on the occurrence would say: "One must give the devil his due".
